I have always been a promoter of healthy cooking. This is why I would prefer my kids bringing home cooked meals for lunch rather than letting them buy form their school’s cafeteria. This way I can be sure that their food is cooked the healthiest way possible. It is a good thing though that schools nowadays are also making healthy cooking their advocacy. I won’t be worrying so much that my kids are not getting the nutrients that they should get when they eat at school.
